1. Information we may process
Depending on the features you use, BST may process the following:
We do not ask for your Google password. Google authentication is handled through Google Play Games and Google Play services.
2. How we use information
- To create, verify and maintain your BST game account.
- To display your player name and connect the correct Google Play Games profile.
- To save, restore and synchronize gameplay progress across supported devices.
- To unlock and synchronize achievements.
- To prevent abuse, duplicated accounts, cheating and unauthorized access.
- To diagnose errors, improve stability and maintain game compatibility.
- To respond to support, privacy and account-deletion requests.
3. Google Play Games and third-party services
BST may use Google Play Games Services for authentication, player profiles, achievements and Saved Games/cloud-save functionality. Google may process data under its own privacy terms.
Your use of Google services is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy .
We may use infrastructure or hosting providers only as necessary to operate the game, secure accounts, store supported game data and provide technical services. These providers may process limited information on our behalf.
4. Sharing and sale of personal information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose limited information only:
- To service providers needed to operate or secure BST.
- When required by law, court order or a valid government request.
- To investigate fraud, cheating, security incidents or abuse.
- As part of a lawful business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Data storage, retention and security
Game data may be stored locally on your device, through Google Play Games Saved Games, and on BST-operated systems where online account functionality requires it.
We retain account information for as long as your BST account remains active or as reasonably necessary to provide the game, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. When an account-deletion request is completed, associated account data is deleted or anonymized unless limited retention is legally required or necessary for security and fraud prevention.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. However, no electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your country, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of certain personal information.
You may manage your Google Play Games profile and Google account through Google. Deleting or changing a Google profile does not automatically guarantee deletion of a separately stored BST account; use the BST account-deletion method below as well.
7. Delete your BST account and data
You may request permanent deletion of your BST account and the data associated with it. Deletion may include your BST username, linked Google Play Games player identifier, cloud/account save data and other account-related records controlled by BST.
Some information may remain in Google services until you separately manage or delete it through your Google account. Limited records may also be retained where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
How to request deletion
- Use the in-game account/settings deletion option where available; or
- Submit a request using the form below or email us directly.
8. Children’s privacy
BST is a general-audience driving simulation game. We do not knowingly seek to collect unnecessary personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request review or deletion. Where local law requires parental permission, a child should not create an online account without that permission.
9. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use reasonable measures intended to protect information during such processing.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when game features, service providers or legal requirements change. The updated effective date will be shown at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated in the game or on the store listing.
